Customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you may return a product purchased online within 14 days from the date of receipt, without needing to provide any justification.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned intact, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged, stained, or used.

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.

Once we receive and verify the item, we will proceed with the refund.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product received is defective or different from the one ordered.
If the error is attributable to NOIR ESSENCE, return costs will be fully covered by us.

Refunds

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Any additional processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
